Nasza firma powstała w 1996 roku, a początki jej działalności opierały się na osobistej pracy właściciela Witolda Sirego, jego rodziny. Przez pierwsze dziesięciolecie zajmowaliśmy się sprowadzaniem (głównie z Niemiec) i remontem używanych pieców i maszyn piekarniczych. Odnawiając i uruchamiając te urządzenia w polskich piekarniach, poznawaliśmy ich budowę od podstaw, w ten sposób zdobywając cenna wiedzę i doświadczenie. Duży popyt sprawił, że firma rozwijała się zwiększając zatrudnienie, poszerzając ofertę oraz świadcząc usługi projektowe i serwisowe. Zmieniające się potrzeby rynku sprawiły, że z czasem zaczęliśmy zajmować się również sprzedażą nowych urządzeń i to właśnie ten sektor stał się obecnie dominujący w naszej działalności.
Chcąc podążać za trendami i oferować naszym klientom najwyższą jakość, nawiązaliśmy partnerską współpracę z firmami Sottoriva i Tagliavini, które należą do absolutnej czołówki wśród europejskich producentów urządzeń piekarniczych, a my jesteśmy ich wyłącznym przedstawicielem w Polsce. Od ponad sześciu lat instalujemy ich produkty głównie w Polsce, ale również na Ukrainie, Słowacji i w Rosji. Dewizą firmy jest zapewnienie naszym klientom fachowego i rzetelnego doradztwa technologicznego na każdym etapie - od projektu po wdrożenie w produkcji, sprawnego i szybkiego serwisu oraz indywidualnego dopasowania oferty do potrzeb i możliwości. Od początku 2012 roku działamy pod nazwą Bakeres, ponieważ chcemy, aby nazwa firmy jednoznacznie określała profil jej działalności w kraju i za granicą. Ponadto w nowej nazwie chcemy podkreślić nasz związek z Podkarpaciem i jego stolicą, Rzeszowem, bo tutaj znajduje się nasza siedziba i stąd pochodzimy.
