Condition: new, For industrial production of rectangular briquettes The ZBP 500 compacts pressable materials into high-density briquettes. The briquettes are easy to store and, thanks to their stackability, can be transported efficiently. In the press chamber of the hydraulic press unit, the briquettes are shaped by a pressure cylinder. This allows up to nine briquettes per minute to be produced with a pressing force of 1 kg/cm². The hydraulic pump has been replaced with a reinforced cast-iron unit, a steel hydraulic block has been installed, new Rexroth valves, new hydraulic hoses, new hydraulic oil and hydraulic filter, as well as new sealing and wear strips have been fitted. The control cabinet has been serviced, and the screw feeder motor features two speeds. The price includes commissioning within Poland using the customer’s material.
