Condition: good (used), Year of construction: 2016, The machine is used to treat cow manure. The manure runs through augers with are heated up with hot water.
Capacity depends on the moisture content and volume. With cow manure it is: 70% moisture content: 5-6 tons input = 2-3 tons output per 24 hours.
The augers are all stainless steal so it could also be used for food processing applications.

The drying drum is a special construction, cylindrical in shape and triple-walled. The drum shells are placed concentrically and are connected by struts. Longitudinally, the shells are fitted with blades. The drums are arranged in such a way that the cross-section increases in the direction of the flue gas flow. The struts connecting the drums are arranged so that the drums can dilate in the direction of the flow of the drying gases. The outer drum is fitted with rings on which the drum rotates on pulleys. The ends of the drum are sealed by elastic compensations.
The drying mass is directed and exhausted (along with flue gases) by a fan into the inner shell of the drum. At the end of this casing, the flue gas and the partially dried mass are turned through the space between the middle and inner casings of the drum, then turned again and after passing between the middle and outer casings, the dried mass, including the flue gas, is exhausted through a pipe into the cyclone. During this process, the drum rotates on pulleys around its axis so that the material is continuously fluffed and passed through the drying drum by the blades and the hot flue gas flow.
DRUM FRAME, DRIVE
The drive frame is welded from profile material and is anchored to the base. Sheave beams with pulleys are used to support the drum. The drive consists of a compact electric gearbox and an original
BS-6 dryer variator.
CYCLONE, TURNSTILE, AND FAN ASSEMBLY
The main cyclone is welded from steel plates and is cylindrical at the top. In the lower part, it transitions into a conical shape. The conical part is finished with a flange for the turnstile. The turnstile consists of a cast-iron housing and a rotor fitted with blades. The fan ensures the overall displacement of material and hot flue gases during the drying process.
