Year of construction: 2020, condition: used, Burdosa (often associated with Burtech or Herwig Burget) manufactures industrial continuous mixing and liquid dispersion equipment—such as the Burdosa GR80 dynamic loop mixer-emulsifier. Key Features of Burdosa Mixers (e.g., Model GR80) - Design: Totally enclosed, symmetric-cylindrical inline continuous dynamic loop mixer. - Function: Provides continuous back-mixing, dispersion, and emulsification by guiding components through a central mixing zone. - Shearing Tools: Can be fitted with interchangeable shearing heads depending on whether the process requires gentle mixing, standard blending, whipping, or fine emulsification. - Capacity & Power: Typically rated around 60 to 92 gallons per minute (depending on configuration and product viscosity) and powered by a ~5.3 to 5.5 HP (4.0 kW) motor. - Sanitation: Designed to be CIP (Clean-in-Place) compatible for food-grade processing. Application in Margarine Production In margarine and fat-blend processing lines, dynamic loop or inline high-shear mixers are used to: - Blend the water-and-oil (fat) phases together into a preliminary emulsion before it moves to scraped-surface heat exchangers/crystallizers. - Jongia Mixing Technology +1 - Incorporate minor liquid or solid additives (such as emulsifiers, salt, or vitamins) uniformly into the continuous or dispersed phase. - Jongia Mixing Technology - Maintain controlled residence and back-mixing to prevent phase separation before chilling and texturizing Bljdps Ahr Itefx Afmop Products: Margarine, Mayonaise, etc. Condition: Excellent Available: Immediately
