Machine frame and longitudinal supports made of cold-rolled steel in a box construction, manufactured in a single element, for high rigidity and vibration-free operation to accommodate the working units. Openings with slides for discharging any remaining chips to the floor. Upper pressure beam made of thick-walled steel construction and with columns made of cast iron, for a vibration-free structure where the working units are attached. Pressure rollers on the feed chain in a double row, made of rubber with a high coefficient of friction and with sliding on bearing rollers. Device to protect the pressure rollers from any remaining chips. Electronic adjustment of the upper pressure unit, depending on the panel thickness. Upper working units attached to the pressure beam or mechanically connected to ensure automatic adjustment when changing the panel thickness. Lower working units attached to the machine frame or to the longitudinal support, for a precise reference to the panel. All high-frequency motors are operated via frequency inverters. Protective cover for all units positioned after the gluing unit. Windows made of polycarbonate ensure a good view of the units during processing. Interior lighting of the cabinet. Protective cover with sound-absorbing material for lower noise emissions during processing. The spacer on the infeed guide allows the machine to be fed in the correct spacing. The spacing is automatically adjusted to the selected feed speed. Extraction nozzle arranged on the soundproof hood. Swivel control panel in an ergonomic position at the machine infeed. The electrical system complies with current regulations. Electrical components housed in a metal housing, attached to the machine frame and provided with doors for convenient access during any maintenance work. Panel feed The panel feed is carried out via a feed chain consisting of rubber sliding blocks with a high coefficient of friction, attached to a 1-1/4" industrial chain. The chain slides on 2 guides made of hardened and ground steel, a round guide and a flat guide, to guarantee a straight feed and protect against lateral displacement. Automatic lubrication of the chain. The amount of lubricating oil is optimized by the control system depending on the panels being processed. Support roller track externally and positioned along the entire length of the machine; consisting of an extendable opening system with sliding on linear bearings and plastic sliding rollers with steel pivot pins.
