Manufactured by Grimm Zuführtechnik, the system is capable of processing approximately 70-80 parts per minute (depending on the component) and offers various monitoring features (temperatures, component heights, component types, rotation monitoring, etc.). Parts are conveyed from a bunker belt via a steep conveyor to a linear sorter, from where they are precisely positioned and transferred into an 8-position indexing table, with two nests per station. A 50kW high-frequency generator from IDEA is connected, featuring additional monitoring functions (energy output, earth fault detection, inductor water flow and temperature monitoring, etc.).
