As a blank, you can use a strip of required width and length, to prepare it with pre-cut on other equipment – sheet metal slitting machine or guillotine shear. After roll forming, to make fence picket end look better, you can use special cutting press of our production. The working tools of such press have special round configuration and are the same as semi-round metal picket shape to make appropriate cutting. Those tools are made from special tool steel, and goes through process of hardening so ensure high requirements for the cutting tools of the equipment. Our company can produce as semi-automatic rolling machine for the metal fence pickets manufacturing and a manual punching press for it, as well as a fully automatic line. Such metal fence automatic line can have following components: console metal decoiler, a rolling machine equipped with an automatization system with the ability to program the number of required pickets for rolling and their lengths, automatic electric shear for cutting metal at the end and stacker part.
