Each nailing pattern can include 1–3 nails and can also be clinched if needed. The boards are fed into magazines with a large buffer – three cassettes for stringer/under boards and one cassette for deck/upper boards. The machine is controlled and programmed via a modern and user-friendly software interface on a 10” touchscreen, using a Beckhoff control system. Thanks to the machine’s compact design, it requires a very small production footprint and makes installation fast and easy because the machine can be delivered fully assembled. The machine can of course be equipped with a conveyor for finished products, automatic stacker and automatic board feeder.
