The assembly station is surrounded by a protective enclosure. The service doors are equipped with monitoring switches with tumbler(interlock). The doors are locked in automatic mode and can only be opened in automatic mode or in manual mode after pressing the Doors button on the control panel. Automatic mode cannot be started when the door is open. Function sequence The station is loaded with the pre-assembled module via the transfer conveyor. The operating steps of the automatic station with the passage of a WT are described below.
