Condition: new, Year of construction: 2024, operating hours: 1 h, functionality: fully functional, Eddy Current separators from the Magnetic Series are mainly used in the waste recycling industry. The use of eddy currents allows for the recovery of non-ferrous (non-magnetic) metals from loose waste such as aluminum, copper, brass etc. The WPS separators are characterized by high separation accuracy due to the original solutions by ZŁOMIARZE, which guarantees high profitability of waste recycling. Kedpfeu Dg Uhsx Akpedu Wps separators are used in the recovery of: non-ferrous metals from the recycling of electronic waste non-ferrous metals from car recycling metals from foundry waste aluminum in glass recycling processes non-ferrous metals from steel waste non-ferrous metals from municipal waste Description of Operation: The material delivered by the vibratory feeder is placed on the conveyor belt of the eddy current separator. The separator belt transports the material toward the high-speed magnetic rotor. The magnetic rotor creates high-frequency magnetic field by using maximized system of alternating magnetic fields. The alternating magnetic field induces eddy currents in metals. These currents counteract the external field and lead to the rejection of colored metals outside the material stream. A divider installed at the end of the separator is provided for the separation of materials. The central magnetic rotor has been designed to handle the smallest materials, providing the ability to recover particles up to 1 mm in diameter. We also have larger sizes of eddy current separators - catalog in documents.

Year of construction: 2026, operating hours: 3 h, condition: new, WPS-1000 Eddy Current Separator with Magnetic Separator and Vibrating Table We offer a complete set for the separation of ferrous and non-ferrous metals from bulk materials, designed for professional installations and recycling lines. The set consists of: WPS-1000 eddy current separator, vibrating table, belt-type magnetic separator with a magnetic drum. The system enables uniform material feeding, removal of ferrous metals, and subsequent separation of non-ferrous metals, such as aluminum, copper, and brass. WPS-1000 Eddy Current Separator The separator is designed for the automatic separation of non-ferrous metals from a material stream transported on a belt. A high-speed rotor equipped with NdFeB magnets generates a variable magnetic field. The eddy currents generated in the non-ferrous metals cause them to be rejected from their natural trajectory, separating them from the remaining material. Technical data: magnetic rotor length: 1000 mm magnets: NdFeB rotor motor: 7.5 kW belt motor: 1.5 kW smooth rotor speed control smooth belt speed control PVC belt with sealing flange adjustable separation baffle enclosed construction control cabinet with IP55 safety system device color selectable Vibrating Table + Magnetic Separator The vibrating table is responsible for the uniform distribution of the material before further separation. Then, the material is fed onto a conveyor equipped with a powerful magnetic drum, which removes ferrous metals before the material is fed into the WPS-1000. Technical data: vibrating table width: approx. 1000 mm vibration drive: 2 × approx. 0.8 kW magnetic drum width: approx. 1100 mm magnetic strength: up to approx. 12,000 Gauss magnetic roller diameter: approx. 200 mm belt drive motor: approx. 1.1 kW Kdsdpfezzn Aaox Akpeu reinforced PVC belt partially stainless steel construction Application The set can be used, among other things, for processing: mixed scrap, electrical and electronic waste, plastics containing metals, shredded cables and wires, fractions after shredding, other materials containing ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Separation process: vibrating table → separation of ferrous metals → eddy current separator → separation of non-ferrous metals. The devices can operate as a complete set or be integrated into an existing technological line.

Condition: excellent (used), Year of construction: 2021, operating hours: 2,500 h, functionality: fully functional, overall weight: 1,100 kg, rotor diameter: 700 mm, type of input current: three-phase, input voltage: 400 V, rotational speed (max.): 3,400 rpm, power: 90 kW (122.37 HP), Equipment: rotational speed infinitely variable, This shredding machine is exceptional and highly innovative. The material to be processed is shredded particle by particle in 6 rows of small chambers, while simultaneously the particles are flung against the grinding surface. The combined effect results in a very fine grain size – and it is possible to dry the material being shredded at the same time. Keywords: Turbo mill, impact mill, eddy current mill. Depending on the material, the machine can shred to a particle size of less than 1000 µm to 5 µm. The throughput rate is between 100 and 900 kg/h, depending on the material. The applications range from minerals, industrial products, powder coatings, chemicals, dyes to food and feed. The innovations of the machine are: • the plug-in connections for the wear tools (always in the same place with minimal tolerances) • rotation in both directions – this ensures that the tools are worn down evenly on both sides • conical design – allows the cutting gap to be adjusted precisely to 0.1 mm with only 12 screws. Technical data: • Drive power 90 kW – frequency converter (FU) is essential – frame size 90 kW with 150% overload for 60 seconds. • Speed up to 125 m/s • Tools: Rotor and stator made of hard metal, available in various degrees of hardness; ceramics are also possible. • Machine monitoring via bearing temperature measurement and vibration measurement included. • Control panel is not included. Kedezl Shzjpfx Akpodu The machine was in operation at an R&D center in Israel. Since the company now operates a production facility in Europe, the R&D center is being closed. The machines will be transported to Europe at the owner's expense and can be delivered EXW at a port or at the production plant in Europe.
