Description

Universally applicable frame dowel and slot drilling machine with angle adjustment

Especially designed for stair construction, window manufacturing, and versatile applications thanks to pneumatic height adjustment.

Angled dowelling and spindle drillings, such as for balusters, can be easily accomplished with the swiveling drilling unit.

Motor with pole switching, two speeds
Motor power: 1.0 / 1.5 kW, 1400 and 2800 rpm
Motor start via convenient handle switch
Equipped with Röhm two-jaw chuck, 1 - 20 mm
Linear laser for precise workpiece positioning
Drilling unit can swivel 65 degrees left and right
Pneumatic adjustment of working height allows dowelling on two levels without repositioning.
Desired drilling heights can be set for each drilling level via digital counter,
switching between levels is pneumatic and operated from the front
Cross adjustment 340 mm, infinitely variable or in 12 mm increments via indexing rail
Pneumatic clamping possible at any point, operated from the front
Maximum height adjustment approx. 100 mm above table height
Drilling stroke approx. 200 mm
