Machine Description
The CARBONINI SIZER 1500 RNTPC is an automatic coil-fed sheet metal cut-to-length line designed to process metal coils through unwinding, straightening, automatic feeding and transverse cutting to the required length.
It is particularly suitable for the production of sheet metal components used in air conditioning, ventilation and air handling systems (HVAC industry).
The line produces sheet metal blanks cut to programmable lengths, with electronic control of dimensions and production quantities through the MicroVision CNC control system.
The system consists of several processing units that perform the different production stages directly from the metal coil.

The cut-to-length line consists of the following operating units:
1. Gantry-Type Coil Decoiler
Designed to support and unwind sheet metal coils, continuously feeding the material into the subsequent processing units.
2. Sheet Metal Straightening Unit
Equipped with a series of rollers designed to correct bends and deformations caused by coil winding, ensuring material flatness before cutting.
3. Double Rectangular Notching Unit
Allows rectangular notching operations on the sheet metal, depending on the installed configuration.
4. Transverse Shearing Unit
Automatically cuts the sheet metal to the length programmed by the operator, producing blanks with preset dimensions.
