A mobile cheese brining machine Sugnaux is available. Throughput: approx. 120-150 loaves/h, cheese diameter range: 100mm-200mm. Machine dimensions X/Y/Z: approx. 850mm/1000mm/1350mm, weight: approx. 250kg. The machine was recently overhauled with new couplings, control cables, wheels and frequency converter. Including vacuum cheese holder, second brush set and some spare parts. Documentation vorhanden. A visit on site is possible.
