The Sanding Units – Proven Combination The sanding units rely on the proven combination of calibration roller and sanding pad. For secure workpiece guidance, a parallel spring-loaded steel pressure roller is located at the machine inlet, and rubber pressure rollers are located between the sanding units. Calibration Unit (R): The calibration unit is a grooved rubber contact roller of proven hardness. It is ideally suited for calibration tasks, even with high chip removal rates if necessary.
