The materials to be processed can have a width of up to 1,700 mm. The winder is capable of operating at speeds of up to 300 meters per minute and maintains the selected speed consistently without interruption. This is possible because the Olbrich winder creates a buffer during operation. This buffer is reduced at the moment when the winding process stops, the finished roll is cut off, and a new roll is started.
