The subject of sale is a line for the production of laminates by pouring foil onto the laminated material. The lamination process is carried out using an extruder (extruders because there are two pieces) equipped with slotted dies with adjustable outlet width, thanks to which laminates can be produced in widths from 1m to 1.6m. The thickness of the foil that can be produced is 60 microns to 200 microns. The machine is great for combining different materials with each other, you can create various types of technical products according to your predispositions. The line also includes a material accumulator with a welding gun that allows feeding the material without the need to stop the line. The line does not include elements that are marked in red in the photos. The machine can also produce bubble wrap for technical applications.
