Description

1. Milling Section - 4-roller mill (BrauKon) with a capacity of 1,200 kg/h, continuously adjustable gap width, and a pneumatic slide gate. The malt hopper above is equipped with an empty-level sensor. 2. Brewhouse 3-vessel brewhouse with stainless steel vessels, mounted on a brewing platform featuring rustic wooden flooring and staircases. The brewhouse is fully piped with pneumatic butterfly valves and comprises the following components: - Mash/wort kettle with steam-heated bottom, frequency-controlled agitator, high-performance pre-masher (BrauKon), steam valve, and condensate separator. - Lauter tun with frequency-controlled raking mechanism, digital differential pressure measurement, and false bottom with removable slotted screen segments. Spent grain discharge is semi-automatic, featuring an integrated spent grain plow and pneumatic slide gate. - Whirlpool with glass manway, automated trub discharge, and two clear wort outlets. - 3 frequency-controlled wort pumps (Hilge). - Single-stage plate heat exchanger (Kelvion) for cooling cast-out wort against ice water; equipped with a wort aeration unit (Kieselmann). - Flow and temperature measurement devices as well as empty-state probes (Endress+Hauser) - Brexmaxx process control system (Proleit) for controlling the brewhouse, milling area, fermentation cellar, and CIP system - 2 control cabinets 3. Tanks - 3 stainless steel cylindro-conical fermentation and storage tanks, each with a gross capacity of 12 hl; each equipped with a pressure gauge, spunding apparatus, butterfly valves, sampling cock, discharge lines at the cone tip and cone side, and a cleaning line. Furthermore, one of the tanks is equipped with a fermentation monitor (Endress+Hauser) and a digital pressure sensor (Endress+Hauser) for continuous extract and alcohol measurement. This enables fully automated fermentation control via the process control system. - 4 stainless steel cylindro-conical fermentation and storage tanks, each with a gross volume of 2.5 hl and a top manhole. Equipped with cooling jackets on the cylinder and cone sections, a bunging apparatus, pressure gauge, butterfly valves, sampling cock, two outlet lines, and a cleaning line. - 8 horizontal stainless steel storage tanks with front manholes, arranged in pairs on a rack. Each is equipped with a cooling jacket, pressure gauge, bunging apparatus, hose-type level indicator, sight glasses, and an outlet line with a manual valve. - 1 vertical stainless steel storage tank with a total volume of 12 hl and dished ends. Equipped with jacket cooling, bunging apparatus, pressure gauge, and butterfly valves. 4. Operational Equipment - 12 hl vertical stainless steel hot water tank with insulation and steam heating. Equipped with a variable-speed hot water pump (Grundfos, 2.2 kW), digital temperature measurement, low-level probe (Endress+Hauser), pneumatic butterfly valves with feedback, steam valve, and condensate trap. - 15 hl vertical PU cold water tank with insulation. Equipped with a cold water pump (Grundfos, 2.0 kW), temperature and level sensors (Endress+Hauser), pneumatic butterfly valves with feedback, and an integrated heat exchanger (Kelvion). - CIP system consisting of 2 vertical, open stainless steel tanks (each with a lid) for caustic solution and...
