Malt mill (Summer 2017) Roller mill on a painted steel frame with a capacity of approx. 400 kg/h of malt (2.2 kW motor power), featuring a mechanism for fine, rapid adjustment of the roller gap and a bagging spout at the bottom. 2. Brewhouse (Wengert, 2018) Two-vessel brewhouse with a mash/wort kettle and a lauter tun made of stainless steel with copper-clad lids. The kettle (nominal capacity: 500 l) is equipped with a top-driven two-blade propeller agitator and is fired by a gas burner (Weishaupt).
