Description and Intended Use
The machine is designed for drying decorative prints (pad printing) on aluminium wheels. The wheels are conveyed through the system in four process steps: 1 Loading / Unloading, 2-3 IR heating, 4 Convection cooling.
The surfaces of the wheels are gradually heated in the system to a maximum temperature of 250°C. The applied coatings are thus dried. When using solvent-based coatings, only minimal amounts of solvent may be introduced into the system! The upper limit is 10 g of solvent per hour. Safe operation is guaranteed when the exhaust air system is running simultaneously. Subsequently, the wheels are cooled down to temperatures below 60°C.

The machine has been professionally dismantled by the manufacturer into its individual components and divided into several packages. The individual parts are packed on pallets and ready for shipping. All documentation is available.
