Description

The dividing head is equipped with an SK40 spindle and has a spindle bore of 25mm. It can be swiveled from right to left up to 90° each. The dividing head spindle can be tilted 6°/15° from and towards the machine. It is suitable for all Deckel FP series milling machines and their "licensed machines," such as the Macmon M100.

The distance from the spindle axis to the tailstock guide is 100mm. Direct division is possible using a 360° division circle or 24 x 15° indexing.

The distance from the dividing head center to the tailstock center is 400mm. Indirect division is achieved with a worm gear of 40:1, using a scale disk with 1' division or three different hole disks (A: 27; 31; 34; 41; 43 – B: 33; 38; 39; 42; 46 – C: 36; 37; 40; 58).

Also included are a Röhm four-jaw chuck, a three-jaw chuck (possibly Röhm) with adapter rings, and a two-jaw chuck, as well as a tailstock with a tailstock bearing.

The dividing head, which was originally non-functional, along with all accessories, has been disassembled into individual parts, refurbished, made fully functional, and painted in two colors (RAL 7035 light gray / RAL 5004 dark blue).

The dividing head is not in use and can be delivered immediately. Minor signs of wear from previous use are visible to a small extent.

A single-use transport crate, with a total weight of 109 kg, has been prepared for transport.

A manual compiled from Deckel descriptions is also included in the scope of delivery.
