Wherever a solid, straightforward, yet exceptionally well-equipped machine is needed, the DuoFlex Spray surface spray machine comes into play.
Spraying doesn’t have to be complicated – not when you have a robust, long-lasting machine (made in Denmark, electronics from Germany – Beckhoff and others) that puts the operator at the center of it all. Everything is intuitive and easy to use, yet you get features you’ll struggle to find elsewhere – or only in significantly more expensive machines.
Here are some hard facts about the DuoFlex Spray:
1. Color changes in just 3–5 minutes
2. System volume only 2.5–3L of paint/lacquer
3. Suitable for both solvent-based and water-based coatings
4. Two fully separated circuits – ideal for solvent/water or clear/topcoat separation
5. Maximum reproducibility – thanks to smart programming that stores all key parameters automatically
6. Quick to learn – after just 4–6 hours of training, even a baker can spray better than a manual sprayer with 10 years’ experience
7. Modular expandability – drying systems, sanding units, preheating, robotic integration – all from a single source
8. Service that speaks your language – our owner spent nearly 10 years as a coatings manager and brings hands-on expertise to your shop. The machines are extremely durable, and if anything should go wrong, we maintain well-stocked spare parts warehouses in both Germany and Denmark
Processing dimensions for the DuoFlex Spray:
1. Standard: 1,300 mm width × 200 mm height
2. Larger: 1,800 mm width × 200 mm height
3. Up to: 3,200 mm width × 330 mm height
Length: from 250 mm up to virtually unlimited. If you want to coat CLT ceiling panels 16, 18, or 20 meters long, we’ll simply build the right handling system for you.
