Condition: used, Year of construction: 2022, Overview  The GAI filler was manufactured in 2022 by the Italian company GAI. This machine is used to fill sparkling wine into cylindrical bottles from 0,2L until 1,5L. It is equipped with a rinser (air or water) 16 nozzles, 24 electropneumatic filling valves and 3 capping turrets (3 capping heads on each turret). Each capping turret has its own cap feeding and alimentation system. Dedusting unit for the corks is installed. Integrated overpressure roof with prefilters and absolute filters. This machine is sold with an automatic CIP and 2 pallets of microfiltration Win&tech. The machine is still in production and can be visited. The condition of the machine is like new, as it has only 200 working hours. We examine the Opera 400 model, produced in 2010, known for its reliability even at high speeds. We performed the following work: The jacks, the plates, the glue roller were overhauled, the roller motor was replaced, new safety guards were installed, the printheads were overhauled, all glue heating unit probes were replaced, the suction unit hoses were replaced, and the entire electrical system was inspected. Components and Functionality: Equipped with 25 plates, this used Sacmi labeling machine employs a mechanical cam brake/clutch for plate movement, ensuring precision and synchronization even during high-speed operation.
