The stuffer operates at a capacity of up to 6,500 kg/h, and the portioning speed reaches 700 portions per minute, which allows it to handle lines with very high production loads. The large 350 l hopper is designed to work with 200 l trolleys, and a special feeding system ensures continuous, even filling of the vane pump chambers – without voids or air intake. The burger attachment, mounted with the stuffer, forms uniform patties from the minced meat onto a conveyor belt, creating a complete line for the production of burgers ready for further heat treatment or packaging. The device is controlled by a panel that allows for easy setting of parameters: stuffing and grinding speed, grinder power, portion size, operating modes, and quick program changes. Thanks to high-performance servo drives, the RISCO RS 503 stuffer can be quickly connected to other devices, such as automatic clippers, dividers, formers, or packaging systems.
