This consists of the following components: - Stainless steel mash/lauter tun for mashing, mashing and draining the mash. Separate control of the thermo-oil-heated frame and bottom heating. In the thermal oil tank, approx. 50-65 l oil is heated electrically to a maximum of 150°C. A safety switch ensures that the heating is automatically stopped if the temperature exceeds 160°C. The vessel is equipped with a temperature and level probe. A pump circulates the thermal oil. - 12 hl hot water tank, standing separately on three feet, with a manhole on the top.
