Circular saw machine for aluminum and plastic profiles – ideal for series production with high volumes and precision requirements. Designed for 550 mm saw blades.
The powerful 7.5 kW motor, in combination with the hydropneumatic saw feed (cutting from below), ensures fast and clean cuts. The cutting height is adjustable.
Six pneumatic clamps (horizontal and vertical) with individually adjustable clamping pressure guarantee secure hold for delicate profiles. The stationary base frame (working height 980 mm), the manually opening protective cover, and the saw blade housing integrated under the table provide a high level of operational safety.
Minimum quantity lubrication system with a 1-liter lubricant tank including level control.
