Movement of the lower carriage (X-axis) and the working unit along the moving carriage (Y-axis) is enabled by rack-and-pinion transmission with helical teeth. This design results in greater tooth-on-tooth engagement, delivering higher acceleration and greater speed along the X and Y axes. The specially designed helical gearing ensures reduced wear on mechanical components and quieter operation. The vertical Z-axis is driven by a ball screw, ensuring perfect balance with dynamic loads and smooth acceleration and deceleration.
