We are offering for sale two identical apple slicing machines with a shared feed tank and feed line. These machines are suitable for processing various types of fruit, including apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, persimmons, oranges with peel, kiwis, and pineapples. They can be used for cutting into ring slices, segments, and chunks, with or without coring, and are also suitable for producing whole cored fruits such as apples, pears, peaches, nectarines, and more.

Constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, the machines can be integrated inline with other processing equipment. Round fruits can be automatically fed, singulated in the loading area, and transferred onto a stainless steel conveyor equipped with an automatic orienting system, which aligns each fruit inside dedicated tray recesses (the automatic orienting system is suitable for apples, peaches, nectarines, and persimmons without leaves). Other fruit types are manually placed onto the stainless steel conveyor.
In the slicing section, the machinery delivers a sharp and precise cut that does not affect organoleptic qualities, ensuring maximum hygiene and product quality. Fruits are processed into rings, segments, or chunks, and/or cored, using interchangeable cutting units that allow variation in slicing dimensions and coring diameter. The sliced products are transferred onto a discharge belt conveyor. Fruit cores are separated below the working area, where a conveying belt (not included in the standard supply) can be installed to carry cores to a collection container.
