The machine has been comprehensively and professionally overhauled in our workshop and is in very good condition both technically and visually. During the overhaul, the machine was disassembled by over 70%. All relevant wear parts were carefully inspected and replaced if necessary, including ball bearings and drive spindles. Subsequently, a complete geometric measurement, alignment, and additional check using a laser measuring system were performed. The machine bed and the entire base were thoroughly cleaned. All pumps were disassembled, cleaned, and overhauled. All hoses, including hydraulic and compressed air hoses, were completely replaced. In addition, the machine was completely repainted and is now in very good cosmetic condition. The generator and control unit were cleaned and technically inspected. The air conditioning unit of the generator was also cleaned to ensure reliable cooling and stable operation. Finally, the machine was subjected to an extensive erosion test according to the quality and testing specifications of OPS Ingersoll.
