During the overhaul, more than 70% of the machine was disassembled. All relevant wear parts were carefully inspected and replaced as necessary, including but not limited to ball rollers and drive spindles. A comprehensive geometric measurement, alignment, and additional verification using a laser measurement system were carried out afterwards. The machine bed as well as the entire base were thoroughly cleaned. All pumps were disassembled, cleaned, and overhauled.
