Fomaco needle injector with 48 needles for chicken, poultry and fish.

The Fomaco FGM 48F is a brine injector from the Danish specialist Fomaco (Food Machinery Company). With 48 needles it injects brine or marinade evenly into chicken, poultry and fish: more flavour, a more tender product and a consistent weight per piece. The product passes under the needle head on a plastic modular belt; injection pressure and belt speed are set to suit your product.

Built in 2011, stainless steel construction, 3 x 400 V / 11 kW and 6 bar compressed air. The machine is in Emmeloord and can be viewed and tested with your product.
