Condition: good (used), CSF Fryer Model BRN 3000 / 500 The fryer comes with an oil holding tank and pumping system for filling oil into and emptying oil from during deep-clean. Smaller tank inside the room that gravity drip feeds oil to the fryer to keep is continuously topped up. It was originally an electric fryer but was converted to thermal fluid heated.
