Condition: used, Year of construction: 2006, machine/vehicle number: M269, Used Filling Monoblock BERTOLASO OLIMPIA 12/12/1 up to 2000 bph This Monoblock  offers a bottling unit manufactured by Bertolaso in 2006. Although designed to operate at a maximum speed of 2000 bottles per hour (BPH), operators have never used it, leaving it in very good condition. Furthermore, the Olimpia 12/12/1 monoblock efficiently handles glass containers, allowing for both 0.75 and 1.5-liter formats, and performs especially well for bottling still wine and beer. Rinsing System of the Used Filling Monoblock OLIMPIA 12/12/1 The Used Filling Monoblock BERTOLASO OLIMPIA 12/12/1 up to 2000 bph achieves rinsing through a gripper system equipped with 12 clamps for glass containers. In fact, this system ensures uniform container cleaning before filling. Moreover, its single-type treatment prepares containers efficiently, maintaining the final product’s integrity. This configuration controls the rinsing flow stably, achieving efficiency even in high-intensity work environments. Filling Technology: Gravity Valves with Light Depression The Monoblock BERTOLASO integrates 12 valves that fill containers using gravity, supported by light depression, ensuring precise liquid dosage. Consequently, this method minimizes air presence in the container, which helps preserve product quality and increases storage stability for wine and beer. Fixed Nozzles for Consistent Filling Additionally, the fixed nozzles of the Filling Monoblock BERTOLASO maintain stable, continuous filling, ensuring homogeneous liquid distribution in containers. As a result, this design enables the monoblock to handle high volumes efficiently, therefore reducing product waste and optimizing production processes. Operational Condition and Storage State Bdjdpfjvgvfkex Akiji The Used Filling Monoblock BERTOLASO OLIMPIA 12/12/1 up to 2000 bph remains in storage, having never been activated. Thus, this storage state keeps all components in pristine condition, so they are ready for immediate operation. Therefore, it serves as an ideal solution for those seeking a ready-to-use bottling monoblock without wear or restoration requirements. Production Advantages of the Used Filling Monoblock OLIMPIA 12/12/1 The Monoblock BERTOLASO adapts especially well to production lines requiring flexibility for different container formats and bottled products. In particular, its ability to manage various container sizes (0.75 L and 1.5 L) expands its applications, making it a versatile choice. Finally, the machine’s overall design enhances efficiency, ensuring high performance during production runs.
