Overview

Complete 10 hl craft brewery around a BBC INOX Essential 1000 steam-heated two-vessel brewhouse, installed in 2019. One package from milling to bottling: brewhouse, hot liquor, wort cooling, steam and water treatment, fermentation with glycol cooling, filling, labelling and capping, a walk-in cold room for bottle conditioning, plus handling and cleaning equipment. Suited to a new brewery or a brewpub moving up to 10 hl; fermentation capacity can be extended.

Condition

Used, visually very good, clean installation, still installed and under power. The fermenters are atmospheric: carbonation by bottle conditioning or via an additional pressure tank. Chiller, cold room and steam generator must be disconnected by certified technicians.

Immediately. Location: Italy. Dismantling and loading by the buyer. The brewhouse, hot liquor tank and heat exchanger are also available as a separate package.
