The 1st station processes the products using a contact roller (approx. 55° Shore) with a sanding belt, removing heavy burrs in the first step. The 2nd station processes the products with two counter-rotating transverse belts from below and above. A major advantage is also the deburring of products with surface protection film, as only the edges are processed without damaging the film.
