Die and Clamping Device

Throat Opening Deflection Compensation Device
A linear encoder is installed on each side of the machine to measure and feed back the precise distance between the slide block and the lower worktable. The encoders are connected to the worktable via C-frames, effectively eliminating the influence of frame throat deformation on the slide block position. Position data is fed back to the CNC system, which outputs signals to control the hydraulic proportional servo valves, ensuring accurate synchronization of the two cylinders.
Backgauge System
Adopts the latest Belgian-designed backgauge for exceptional precision and stability. Driven by servo motors and ball screws, it delivers high speed and outstanding positioning accuracy.
