The inner surfaces of the blasting chamber are lined with highly wear-resistant manganese steel. Other areas are protected by wear-resistant rubber, which also reduces noise levels. A closed blasting media circuit with screw conveyor, bucket elevator, blasting media cleaning, and dosing system ensures reliable and economical operation. All functions of the machine are operated via a central control system. In addition to automatic operation, a manual mode is also available for maintenance work.
