DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE – 2 machines available
MACHINE: Electrically driven press with a pressing force of 50,000 N.
The machine is designed for pressing bearings and rubber seals.
It consists of a welded L-shaped frame.

On the horizontal arm, there is a movable press table that can be manually shifted along linear guides.
In the front position, the table can be manually locked using a spring-loaded pin.
In the working position (under the press head), the table is automatically locked by a pneumatic cylinder.
Only in this position can the press head be lowered using the two-hand control system.
The control panel includes two-hand control buttons, an emergency stop switch, a table lowering button, and force selector switches 1 and 2.
The force can be adjusted using potentiometers in the control cabinet. Two force levels and the corresponding pressing speed can be set there.
The press head moves along the vertical arm of the press.
It also runs on linear guides. The head is driven by a lead screw powered by an electric motor with gearbox via pulleys and a timing belt.
The entire machine is mounted on a table made of aluminum profiles.
