This is followed by another conveyor belt, which connects the stacker to the packaging machine.
Next comes the CB 150A universal, fully automatic packaging machine, designed in Italy for packaging AfH tissue products.
The packaging machine is highly flexible, easy to set up and operates automatically.
The maximum packaging speed is 5 packs per minute.
Following the packaging machine is a shrink tunnel, which is integrated into the packaging machine.
The MAC DUE HMI is a new DELTA model.
The CB 050A packaging machine’s PLC (OMRON) comes with a new program; the electrical cabinet was rewired in 2022, and a diagram of this has also been drawn up, which I will provide with the machine.
This packaging machine’s HMI is also a new Delta model.
I will provide the source programs for both the HMI and the PLC with the machine.
The production line was dismantled on 12 July 2026 due to the purchase of a new machine.
The machine is packed and in storage, ready for delivery at any time.
