The FGRi150 Coupole Mosaïque is a hybrid wood & gas rotary oven intended for pizzerias, Italian restaurants, franchises, and catering establishments that want to combine high cooking capacity with an elegant presentation. With its Mosaic Dome finish, it is suitable for locations where the oven is visible and contributes to the image of the concept, while maintaining the performance of the largest FGRi format.
