Welded table construction designed for professional use, mounted on a swiveling chassis cart, standing on 4 swivel castors, surface load capacity of 150 kg. When not in use, the machine can be swiveled for space-saving storage and locked in place, reducing the required depth to only 800 mm. The table surface consists of a 22 mm thick HPL-MDF board, with a slotted vacuum distribution plate made from MDF covering the pressing area.
The membrane frame is supported by 2 gas pressure springs mounted on the sides of the machine. A natural rubber membrane with 2 mm thickness, 780% elongation capability, and temperature resistance up to 70°C is installed, attached by a clamping system for efficient membrane changes. The all-around sealing of the press area is provided by a sealing profile installed in the membrane frame.
