Parts are conveyed from a bunker belt via a steep conveyor to a linear sorter, from where they are precisely positioned and transferred into an 8-position indexing table, with two nests per station.
A 50kW high-frequency generator from IDEA is connected, featuring additional monitoring functions (energy output, earth fault detection, inductor water flow and temperature monitoring, etc.).
The system includes its own quench water tank, from which the parts are discharged using a magnetic conveyor belt. The parts are then demagnetized.

Haith Screen Bits Remover.
The Screen Bit Remover continuously removes broken fragments of crop and debris from the produce flow. Carrots are transferred onto a traveling screen with a set size aperture. As the screen is conveyed forward, two full-width agitators gently move the crop causing any bits and debris to drop on to a waste conveyor below where the produce is taken over the end. The screen and agitator speeds are variably controlled individually to suit the various crop conditions.
