Very solid machine made from high-quality stainless steel that runs on air and 220v, Plug and Play! Extremely suitable for filling small batches. A very small compressor is enough to get this machine working. This can be supplied if necessary. For this we recommend at least a 12L version.
The filling machine has a 500ml cylinder so that it can fill a maximum of 500ml per stroke. By allowing the machine to deliver multiple strokes, a multiple of these is also fine. This also applies to 750ml by giving 2 x 375ml. The smallest stroke is 50ml, everything between 50 and 500ml can be lost in 1 stroke. We also have a model that has a cylinder of 100ml and can therefore fill between 5ml and 100ml per stroke. We would like to inform you further about this.
It has a large 25L funnel, and it is also possible to connect the IBC or a 200L barrel to work even faster with large filling quantities. The machine is equipped with a foot pedal and auto mode. In the auto mode, the machine continues to fill continuously and larger quantities can be filled easily and quickly. The speed between fillings can be adjusted. The foot pedal allows you to fill at your own pace.

Depending on the operator and number of ML, between 15-25 units per minute can be filled. Which makes this a very fast machine. The machine weighs approximately 15/20kg and can easily be placed on a table. Made entirely from stainless steel, a very high-quality machine.
