A fully hydraulic production band saw machine, with a vertically running saw band, for 90° cutting of profiles, thin-walled and solid materials in all grades, including hard-to-machine materials such as Titanium, Hastelloy and Inconel.

The standard Kasto Basic Control system provides optimal machine operation. Up to 99 programs can be programmed (length/quantity combinations). After the specified number is reached, the machine automatically shuts down. Precise material length positioning of the material feed unit via a ball screw.

Frequency-controlled drive 5.5 kW, 0-start, protection in case of band saw breakage and clamping force control are part of the standard equipment and guarantee perfect operation for both single cuts and small to medium-sized series.
The KASTO Universal Hydraulics ensures the best cutting results and a long service life of the band saw. Suitable for use with bi-metal and carbide band saws.
