The use hydrostatic table bearings, combined with the proven backlash-free double-worm gear, guarantees precise table movements and the highest flatness and concentricity accuracies of the worktable. This holds true regardless of significant fluctuations in workpiece weight and/or high machining forces. The motorized gear hobbing heads for external and internal gear cutting are designed to meet the requirements of modern cutting tools. All machine sizes can be equipped with both external and internal gear hobbing heads. The power range of the drive takes future tool developments into account.
