Thanks to its special design, the machine is adapted to the production of casting models and yachts, among others, significantly reducing processing times. ATC machines use an additional reinforced structure and stronger AC servo drives on each axis. The presence of five axes provides support in the machining process of even the most demanding elements. The plotters in this series come standard with automatic tool change, a six-position linear magazine and a tool height sensor. The applied solutions significantly accelerate the machining process requiring the use of several milling cutters. Processed materials: -wood - wood-based materials (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.) -plastics -Composites -PVC - non-ferrous metals (aluminum, brass, copper, etc.) CONSTRUCTION: The plotter is made entirely of high quality steel. During the production process, all elements undergo a special heat treatment. WORK AREA: The usable area of our machine tool is 3000 x 6000 [mm] AXIS RANGE AND GATE CLEARANCE: Customised parameters DRIVES: Our machine tools were powered by digital motors with high resolution and high power, which ensures appropriate acceleration and speed in particular directions. Classic and proven helical blades work in the X and Y axes, which ensure high durability and precision, and the Z axis is driven by a high-quality ball screw. All axes run on rail guides. SPINDLE: TOOL MAGAZINE: The standard equipment of the machine is a linear tool magazine equipped with 6 HSK cones. Additional tool magazine positions can be provided. SOFTWARE: The machine is equipped with appropriate CAD / CAM software in the latest version. The software enables quick and easy design of elements, which the program then converts into the so-called G-code. It is also possible to import finished files from other programs. CONTROL: The machine is operated by the controller, which has its own processor and operating memory, which ensures stable and reliable operation. The machine controller has the function of active vector analysis, thanks to which the operation of the device is smooth and the error in processing is small. The controller has the function of returning to further work after the loss of power, so there is no need to initialize the program from a scratch. Year of construction: 2022, condition: like new (used), functionality: fully functional, A very rare opportunity to acquire a 3 year old 600 kgs per hour, complete hot wash recycling and cleaning line suitable for a range of rigid polymers to be size reduced and intensively cleaned. Machinery has very low hours of operation, and is only available as a result of re-organisation of the current operations. Materials are firstly delivered either by manual loading , or by an automatic pnematic box or cage lift/tilt system to a picking belt and metal detection tunnel. Materials then proceed via an inclined conveyor belt to a Hot washing granulator. Size reduced materials then drop onto a vibrating sieve ,to separate the majority of dirty water and any fines. Granulated materials transfer to an inclined Archimedes screw delivering materials to a horizontal high speed centrifugal cleaner. After this cleaning the materials enter a large diameter vertical drying centrifuge and all used water is then recirculated to heated tank to be reused. Finished materials then conveyed to a ZigZag air separator for final fines/dust removal before being blown to a cyclone over a double bagging tower. The fines separated at this stage are blown to a separate cyclone over a single bagging tower for fines and fibres etc removed by the ZigZag tower. The entire line can be seen in operation in the UK and by special arrangement could be trialed with potential buyers materials. Used water caould be recycled through the system, but this is dependent upon the type of contamination to be removed. The entire line is of European manufacture, and all materials exposed to water are manufactured in Stainless Steel.
