Darto GmbH provides measurement and testing technology for industry, education, and research. With over 10 years of experience, we possess extensive expertise in tensile testing machines, universal testing machines, hardness testing, and metallography. This has enabled us to build a network that allows us to economically solve almost any testing challenge. We are a young, dynamic team and look forward to tackling your testing requirements.

Product Portfolio:

We offer universal testing machines—often referred to as tensile testing machines—in a force range from below 1 N up to 2000 kN. Despite offering premium quality, we are able to provide you with cost-effective quotes, and are almost always more competitively priced than other suppliers. In addition to our proprietary range, which covers forces up to 50 kN, we supply Hoytom® universal testing machines up to 2 MN. Hoytom®, based in Bilbao, is our official partner and has been manufacturing testing machines since 1961. Our product range also includes pendulum impact testers from 300 to 750 Joules for Charpy impact testing.

For all machines—new or used—we offer an extensive range of grips and fixtures, including compression platens, bending fixtures, shear fixtures, wedge grips, scissors-action grips, peeling grips, screw grips, pneumatic and hydraulic grips. We also supply matching hydraulic power units and quiet laboratory compressors. Our grips are available for force ranges from just a few newtons up to 2000 kN. Furthermore, we deliver all necessary adapters or manufacture grips tailored directly for your testing machine. If you have defective grips or worn-out jaw inserts, we are pleased to assist you with our repair service.

We calibrate not only our new machines, but also your existing testing machines (factory or DAkkS calibration). Our machines achieve the highest accuracy (class 0.5) in accordance with DIN EN ISO 7500-1.

For your hardness testers, we offer modernizations and reference hardness blocks, as well as both factory and DAkkS calibrations. A comprehensive stock of used machines is available for modernization and complete overhaul according to your requirements.
