The belt grinding station allows for the removal of burrs and protruding edges. Subsequently, the edge burrs are removed and the edges are slightly rounded using the disc brushes. To achieve a uniform result, we have incorporated two oscillating brush stations in which the disc brushes rotate alternately to the left and right. Thanks to the quick-change system for belts and brushes, the machine can be reconfigured in just a few steps.
