A complete OTI blasting system is offered. 1) OTI GG A2-2500 blasting system, working length: 6000mm. 2) OTI blasting cabinet, cabinet dimensions X/Y/Z: 1650mm/13500mm/3800mm, internally illuminated, with automatically guided blast nozzles and rubber curtains for cabinet protection. 3) Chain conveyor unit, continuously variable motor-driven, power: 0.37kW, with chain guide, roller conveyor, tension frame bearing and chain tensioner. 4) Oscillation, continuously variable motor-driven, power: 0.75kW. 5) Blast media filling station, pneumatically operated, filling hopper: approx. 150kg, with level probe and shut-off slide, max. filling weight: approx. 200kg. 6) Cyclone separator/pre-separator system for separating reusable and spent blast media, with blast media recirculation into the blasting process and Big-Bag collection. 7) Filter system with radial fans: 2x 7.5kW, 2x 8 filter cartridges, cartridge dimensions X/Y: 330mm/1000mm, filter area: 14m²/cartridge, extraction capacity: 10000m³/h, with compressed air cleaning. 8) Final filter with pleated filter elements, 2x 2 filter elements, filter element dimensions X/Y: 915mm/915mm, separation efficiency: 99.9%. 9) Control cabinet with controller: Moeller Easy 820/618. 10) Operator panel with beacon/signal light, display, start pushbutton, key switch, emergency stop pushbutton and pressure gauges for operating pressure and inlet pressure. 11) Pressure vessel Maschinen- und Behälterbau GmbH, type MB 030603-1.1000, year of manufacture: 2012, volume: 1000l, permissible pressure: 11bar, min./max. permissible temperature: -10°C/50°C. 12) Documentation available. An on-site inspection is possible.
