Condition: used, Year of construction: 1994, Overview This Ortmann + Herbst Hansa B 100/20 is a rotary filler-capper monoblock for glass bottles, originally built in 1994 and completely refurbished in Germany in 2013. It combines 100 filling valves with a 20-head aluminium screw capper in a single machine and reaches up to 30,000 bottles per hour with 750 ml glass bottles. The 2013 refurbishment covered the machine's controls, drive and guarding: a new electrical system with Siemens S7 control and a Siemens SIMATIC MP377 12" touch panel, a new main bearing, and a new safety housing around the machine. Two change part sets are included, for 250 ml and 750 ml bottles. The machine is still installed and under power, so it can be inspected in its production environment.
