Condition: used, Year of construction: 2008, functionality: fully functional, machine/vehicle number: DF 3-4/080096, total width: 1,185 mm, total length: 970 mm, total height: 2,400 mm, workpiece weight (max.): 15 kg, empty load weight: 420 kg, number of slots in tool magazine: 12, The machine was used exclusively for rounding the cutting edges of carbide drills and milling cutters. The machining area of the machine consists of a work container, which, depending on the desired abrasiveness of the machining process, is filled with a grinding or polishing medium. The workpieces are attached to holders, lowered into the work container, and moved through the medium via a planetary gear. The friction between the workpiece and the medium results in effective machining in the micrometer range, so that subsequent coating has a significantly higher adhesion. Control system: Siemens: Simatic Multi Panel, Touch Accessories: Stirring paddle, documentation, 3 transport carts each with one container, 12 holders, long version for short tools, 12 holders, short version for longer tools, approx. 130 reduction holders, diameter 4-25mm.
